Integrated Hydraulic End Wings
The 29RVHD is designed with patented hydraulic end wings that can be controlled together or independently to move the snow where you want it. Each wing can be independently moved for straight to any angle including a 150 rotation for travel.
MaxADJUST™ Leveling System
Sno-Way’s® Patented MaxADJUST™ Leveling System allows the user to make adjustments while standing in front of the plow instead of from underneath. The operator can adjust the center hinge for perfect plowing alignment and eliminate a snow trail. This system allows for easy use on fleets that use more than one type of truck model because there is no plow frame disassembly necessary for proper fit to each truck.
The Flared Wing 29RVHD Series 2 V-Plow with Hydraulic End Wings is built for commercial plow contractors that want to move more snow with greater efficiency. The combination of the flared V-Plow wings with the integrated hydraulic end wings provides the greatest snow-moving flexibility and capacity for any plow truck. The 29RVHD Series 2 is built for trucks ranging from ¾ ton to Class 5 work trucks.
The Flared Wing design showcases a 29-inch center and a 36.5-inch-inch outer height for greater snow-casting. Standard structural features include a direct linkage system delivering hydraulic-controlled lift and lower functionality, reactive DownPressure® system providing over 250 lbs. of down force for a cleaner scrape, double jack stand for easy on/off with the Drive-In Mount and a Shock Killer ™ blade design to dampen shock forces going into the frame of the truck.
The 29RVHD uses the integrated MaxADJUST™ Leveling System to clean and scrape snow more efficiently. This system uses a simple hex bolt to adjust the V-Wing moldboard tilt forward or back which keeps all edges parallel to the ground providing superior cleaning performance and impressive back dragging capabilities.
The hydraulic end wings are integrated into the blade design to provide maximum flexibility. Independent wings that can rotate 150 degrees allows the operator to move snow in the tightest areas and then open to full with of 114 inches while allowing for a safe and secure travel width of 102 inches.
The ESS® system is the standard wiring/lighting platform that provides efficient power and bright lights along with the ability to add optional lighting. This system allows a user with many vehicles to easily move this plow from truck to truck.
The Flared Wing 29RVHD Series 2 V-Plow with Hydraulic End Wings weighs 1075 lbs. and is protected by a triple coat process that includes zinc phosphate wash as an initial layer to prevent corrosion, then an automotive E-Coat primer which penetrates the metal to keep rust from ever starting and a finish coat featuring a military grade powder-coat.
