The design ideas for the MegaBlade Plow Series came directly from contractors. In 2006, we began the design process with market research aimed at only contractors that made money from professionally moving snow. Three common themes emerged from our research which became our design mantra.
Build a SERIES of plows that will:

1. Clean better than any plow in the business
2. Be more durable than any plow in the business
3. Absolutely move more snow where it must go – efficiently

The MegaBlade Contractor Series plows are straight plows designed to fit ¾ ton to F550 work trucks. These plows are 8’6” wide and can be expanded to a 10’ snow-moving monster with the new EZ Switch 9” Scoop Wing Accessories. The Ground-Hugger blade profile provides superior cleaning action AND you have the ability to add a massive 400 lbs. of down force with the standard Down Pressure system should you encounter hard-pack conditions.

Applications = 3/4 Ton to F550

The MegaBlade V-Wing is the only v-plow to be clean as well as a straight plow, yet provide all of the function durability of a v-plow. The V-Wing is designed with FastForce technology which combines the speed and power to get the job done. Built with a patent-pending “No-Gap” center hinge with the Max-Adjust system, this beast will never leave a center trail – period! Just to be sure we gave you the ultimate clean for a v-plow, we packed in standard Down Pressure hydraulics so you could instantly activate 400 lbs. of down force should you need it!

For maximum snow clearing, a V-plow center hinge alignment must be perpendicular to the ground. Without proper center hinge alignment, a V-plow will show uneven and accelerated cutting edge wear, resulting in unwanted snow trails and poor scraping performance. Sno-Way's V-Wing plow has solved this problem with a simple adjustment point called the Max-Adjust System which is able to fine tune the center hinge angle.

To alleviate alignment issues, Sno-Way developed the MaxADJUST™ Leveling System. Using a hex box and spring-loaded mast tube, an operator can either tilt the blade forward or back using a 1-1/8" socket. Tightening the bolt will tilt the center hinge away from the truck. Loosening the bolt will tilt the hinge toward the truck. it's that easy!

Applications = 3/4 Ton to F550

The MegaBlade Revolution is a Revolution! This plow is designed to absolutely move more snow than anything in it’s class. You will move so much snow that you will want at least a 1 ton truck – and larger. We measured our competitor “wing” plows at around 2.4 cubic yards of snow-moving capacity. Then we pulled the Revolution onto the test track… We doubled the volume at 5.4 cubic yards of snow. When you want to seriously move more snow, you will need a Revolution!!

Although winged snow plows exist in the market today, none provide the degree of flexibility, durability, cleaning action and ability to expand its carrying capacity like Sno-Way MegaBlade™ Revolution™ snow-plows.

Sno-Way Revolution Series plows have a unique hydraulic wing design that allows the moldboard to be configured into an infinite number of plowing positions. Unlike the competition, Sno-Way's winged plow can be altered to form straight, scoop, box and transport positions at the touch of a button. And, for even more flexibility, the Revolution can angle left or right while holding any wing position.
